Shipping & Delivery
What type of packaging do you use?
Art prints (11x14 inches and smaller), stationery paper sets, bookmarks, greeting cards and bookplates are packaged with a sturdy backing board in a protective cello sleeve. Large art prints (16x20 inches) are rolled in a protective cello sleeve and shipped in a corrugated tube.
When should I expect my art to arrive?
You can estimate your art’s arrival by including the processing time. Orders are normally filled within 5-10 business days and shipped via USPS. You should expect your art within 5-14 business days from date of purchase. International orders may take between 7-14 business days depending on your Custom’s Department. Cheryl attends many art festivals throughout the year which will require her to be away from her studio. She will do her very best to ship your art as soon as possible but your order may be on the later end of the processing time.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your email box when your order is placed in the mail. You can also sign in to your account on our website to view order status and tracking information (if available).
Is my package insured?
Your experience from purchasing your art to its arrival to your home is extremely important to us. Cheryl guarantees your satisfaction and will give you a refund or replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. If your art arrives damaged or lost, please contact us.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary based on your location and the quantity ordered. To keep shipping cost at a minimum, art prints are combined within a single protective sleeve and backing board.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO Box?
Yes. The USPS delivers packages to P.O. Box along with an APO Box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
DAMAGED ORDERS IN MAIL:
PLEASE CONTACT ME! All of my orders include insurance. . If the item was damaged through shipping, please let me know by sending pictures of the damage of the package and items in your message. I will submit your pictures to file an insurance claim. I can either send you a full refund or replacement.
RETURN OR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE:
If you are requesting an exchange because you changed your mind and the item was not damaged, buyer will need to send the items back in the same envelope and backing boards. No refunds or exchanges are allowed until I receive your order. If you want to exchange it for another item, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping cost to send a replacement. If you would rather have a refund, buyer will receive a refund minus shipping cost. For example, if your purchase was $18.50, your refund will be $14.25 to take into account shipping cost accrued by the seller. It is strongly recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance or possibly risk not receiving a refund if item are damaged or lost in mail. You will receive an email once the package has been returned.
Orders that are returned to me due to shipping address mistakes or not updating your new address will need to pay for shipping cost before I can resend your order. It is not fair for sellers to pay for shipping twice. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. I will send you a Paypal invoice that will need to be paid prior to shipping your order again.

International shipping for prints and items will ship via USPS International First Class Mail and unfortunately tracking is not offered.
Estimating Delivery Time
The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver. Customers are responsible for their country's customs/duty fees.
Shipping rates vary depending on the type of art you order, quantity and location.
Checking Order Status
You can quickly check the status of a current order by signing in to your account on our website. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations. A tracking number will also be provided if tracking is available for your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
Cherylbakerart.com is based in the United States, and as such all pricing is set against the U.S. dollar. Due to changing conversion rates, the conversion from USD to your currency will likely be different today than it is tomorrow. When you view products in a non-USD currency, you will likely notice the value change from day to day as a result.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What about duties and taxes?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Do you ship to countries to which the carrier does not offer shipping insurance?
Yes, we will ship your order if we receive payment in advance, in U.S. currency using an international money order. Please note all shipments are made at your own risk. Please contact email address for a quote and additional fee for insurance cost.
