Marie Laveau Goes to a Magical School

Before she became revered as the Voodoo Queen of Louisiana, Marie's years spent at the School of Magical Arts made her realize that the spirits who roamed the halls were far more fascinating than the living. Her intrigue with the spirit realm led her to search for obscure books in the forbidden section of the library in hopes of advancing her mystical skills for conjuring spirits. Although she mastered many of her class subjects (with a fondness for the Dark Arts), her captivation towards all things ghostly and mystical quickly turned into an obsession. A vast collection of oddities and curiosities that she dare not part with transported in a "slightly used" excavated coffin. Surely a certain reputable pirate will not mind... Her prized possession? A crystal skull that you may recognize from a famous archaeologist, Indiana Jones. Let us not forget the television responsible for ghastly Poltergeist, a ghost trap and other haunted essentials. Indeed, her 3rd year at the school will surely start off with a boo.

This is the 11th student in my new collection featuring beloved characters from favorite childhood stories depicted as children waiting for a special train to take them to the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Check back often for more students!
